Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who we are
TJD AI Solutions provides AI training, workflow automation and responsible AI guidance. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@tjdaisolutions.com.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- your name and email address
- the service you are interested in
- anything you include in your message
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation if you ask for one, and provide any services you go on to agree with us. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our email:
- Web3Forms delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail hosts our business email.
- Vercel hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months afterwards unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it
- ask for a copy of it in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email hello@tjdaisolutions.com. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
